  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator within the Downstream & Chemicals Canada business unit. We are looking for an indvidual with comprehensive knowledge of administrative procedures and processes and function with a fair degree of independence. The individual will be providing support to the Project Management Team.

     

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Compiles and generates correspondence and presentations
    • Arranges Travel and prepares expense reports
    • Schedules meetings and takes minutes of meetings as required
    • Workshop and event planning
    • Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data
    • At least 5 years of administrative experience required
    • Oil/gas and/or EPC experience is  preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, follow-up and meet deadlines
