  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Rail and Transit team in Burlington or Cambridge, ON.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, other discipline designers and drafters within the rail team through all stages of design and construction
    • Monitor progress of design, address issues where appropriate or bring to attention of project manager as required
    • Coordinate with clients project stakeholders to identify and define scope and requirements
    • Conduct quality control to ensure standards and project requirements are met
    • Conduct occasional site work and visits as required
    • Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
    • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering projects
    • Experience working in civil engineering or construction projects
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to switch between tasks and assignments as required
