Wood currently has an exciting Project Controls Administrator opportunity available. Reporting to the Manager, Project Services this position is located in our Vancouver, BC office. This role has responsibilitiy for coordinating project related activities, performing administrative duties, assisting in preparing reports, reviewing and processing weekly timesheets, set up new employees in the timesheet system, coding, scanning and data inputting daily AP invoices.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and is focussed on meeting deadlines. For this role, you will work with a team of Project Controllers and members of the Finance team, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
