  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood in Calgary is looking to add a Junior GIS Designer to our Downstream & Chemicals team.

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • working with Oil & Gas pipeline survey data / ILI data and Alignment sheets

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Diploma or Degree program in Geomatics Engineering or GIS
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Oil & Gas pipeline survey data / ILI data and understanding of Alignment Sheets
    • Minimum 1 year of  experience with ESRI ArcMap and Civil3D or AutoCAD Map 3D
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working with MS Excel
    • Excellent understanding of Coordinate Systems, Projections and Datums
    • Excellent attention to detail
