From engineering resilient facilities to restoring contaminated sites, we provide support across the life cycle of our customers’ assets in the government, industrial and manufacturing, mining, power, infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors. We are hiring a six month contract  for an Accounting Administrator to join our Environment & Infrastructure Solutions group in Mississauga, ON.


    Reception and Office Administration Responsibilities: 

    • Answer phone calls from clients
    • Filing and archiving project files
    • Liaise with Project Accountants to assist with data entry
    • Sort incoming mail and responsible for outgoing mail, couriers and postage
    • Daily bank deposits going to lock box
    • Project closure procedures
    • Provide administrative support to all Project Accountants as required (i.e pulling expense back up; uploading contracts into sharepoint, etc.)


    Skills / Qualifications

    • A minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office environment 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to details is a must
    • Excellent prioritizing and problem-solving skills
    • Able to work independently as well as being an effective team player
    • Ability to communicate with project managers, project revenue accountants
